Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at shoptra@tracltn.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at shoptra@tracltn.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at shoptra@tracltn.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Sale items and gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Items without original packaging or tags
Preorders
Preorder purchases follow the same return policy. The 30-day return window begins on the date your order is delivered, not the date of purchase.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — TRA CLTN is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
European Union
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
