Free Shipping All orders ship free — no minimum required, no exceptions.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During high-demand drops or preorder periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Preorders Preorder items will ship on or around the estimated ship date listed on the product page at the time of purchase. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Preorder processing and shipping timelines are separate from in-stock item timelines.
Domestic Shipping (Canada & USA) Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on the destination country. Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. TRA CLTN is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us at [your email] within 7 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
